The entire point of mob justice is there was no evidence to convict. Like...it's mob justice. Bunch of people who are emotional and as a result of diffusion of responsibility they murder people.

The little girl’s body was in the garbage bag, she was bringing laundry so it didn’t look as suspicious. Her and her son than called the girl’s family for ransom after she was killed.

That's what I think happened. The kid raped and murdered the little girl and mom and pop tried to get rid of the poor little girls body. I think the woman got the brunt of it because especially in Mexico, mothers are supposed to be the protectors, and they could never forgive a woman even if she only got rid of the body. She didn't commit the murder, but to them, what she did was just as bad
