Some of those air pistols can reach velocities of over 600 fps, enough to penetrate the eye and enter the brain. That's why they don't have a orange tip because they are not toys.

He was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk at a bus shelter, yeah he didn't comply with their commands but this was totally preventable. Those cops were some cowardly, degenerate, nut-sack chewing bitches.
