Non-lethal (more commonly known as less lethal) force is only an option when the suspect is not believed to possess a weapon. Unarmed suspects get tased when they become combative, a padlock on a chain gets a bullet, as such a weapon CAN be lethal. For law enforcement officers, losing a fight is not an option, because then the suspect will have access to a gun. It sucks, but if you don’t like it either follow instructions calmly, and love to make a complaint. Otherwise, lobby the government in a proper manner, (not by marching in the streets, but by actually lobbying), or become a politician to change laws and policies. Stay safe out there everyone, and if you can’t, make sure someone films it so we here can enjoy viewing your untimely departure! Cheers!
