The refrigerant has a low boiling point and evaporates inside the tubing to disperse the heat inside to the outside. It also means if it ruptured it'll be like a bomb like smashing a lighter. |

Yep, AC’s do explode. Most anything that has electricity running to it, can have the chance and/or ability to explode. |
