alcohol+speed+show-off= Death!! i was there in that same spot in 2006 at the C Mall ,,i've rented a scooter not a fast bike like they had, You basically drink all day long there, well if you add speed to that!! guess what happens.?!! i'm pretty sure they hit a dog or cat!! that pattaya surrounded by them all over the place!.
