A 69-year-old woman surnamed Xu was hanging from the window of a building on King's Road in North Point on March 13th, and then fell to her death.

A related clip circulated online capturing the incident. It is understood that Mrs. Xu recently "sent her father to his father". Earlier that day, she had handled the funeral affairs of her eldest son.

It is suspected that she was unable to let go of her father and committed suicide. Although her granddaughter and the domestic helper worked together to save her, they ultimately failed.

The clip shows that at that time, Mrs. Xu was hanging by the window of a unit on the middle floor with her upper body naked, still having the will to survive, holding on to the clothes drying rack with both hands, and desperately kicking forward with her legs, trying to stand firmly on a nearby air conditioner.

Someone in the unit leaned half of his body out of the window to try to help, which was a dangerous situation.

When Mrs. Xu stepped on the air conditioner with her left foot, she was about to be rescued. It was unknown whether her hand slipped or she was exhausted.

Mrs. Xu finally fell to the ground, and she even hit an air conditioner on the lower floor. Passers-by who witnessed the scene screamed in fear.

It is reported that Mrs. Xu's eldest son passed away recently.
