I don't understand why the truck driver didn't at least try to slow down a bit, or try to slowly merge to his right. It appears that the driver of the red truck has a lot more situational awareness.

Because a truck like this has at least like 30 to 40 ton gross weight when loaded. If the truck driver tried anything like that, he possibly would've risked a much bigger accident. FYI my father was a truck driver for about 30 years.

It looks like they are entering the wrong way on the fucking highway anyway. What was the truck supposed to do? Swerve right, possibly killing himself and the other trucker besides him? THIS is all on the 3 dumbasses. Yeah Yeah, they are someones kids, but please start raising your kids to be accountable for their actions and to actually use their brain. Psst. It is there for a reason.
