Wow this is a real doozy so to speak. Even though yes the two men deceased were gangbangers, and yes the nephew might not have been. All the way up to point when the nephew charged the two guys was the Uncle in the right. It can now be said in a court of law that the one guy that died on hood of car was defending the other guy with lethal force because of the showing of the firearm. This one will be a toss up but there will be some tense moments when these facts come out. These three men might not of died if the nephew would’ve kept his cool and not charged them. Because it seemed like that one guy with light color shirt and uncle with firearm kind of had situation under somewhat control it looked like they were just about to make decision to leave. Believe me the fact the nephew charged will be brought up. Now how they interpret this will be interesting who was defending who. That will be question of the day.
