At about 11 sec it looks like there might be a single (return-fire?) shot from the lower left and RIGHT after that, the plant or person falls out of the right wall. But it doesn't move at all or bleed (unlike the ventilated cops), so I'll go with plant. The initial attack looks like at least 3 snipers might be involved, with rounds coming in more or less simultaneously.

If you look at the 5-6 second mark of the video, you can see a puff of smoke near the top of the guy's head who's sitting towards the back.

I'm pretty sure that he got shot and disoriented (knocked unconscious temporarily). That's why you see him stumble after he gets out of the chair at some point.

Also, I think at the far back of the video, the thing that falls is not a person but a plant. The video is a bit blurry but it looks like a heavy plant rather than a person.
