2 Bovines Fatally Attack Elderly Man
The fatal incident took place on Old Otur Road in Shivajinagar area of Kalwan, India on Monday morning. An elderly man died on the spot in an attack by stray bulls, while another person was seriously injured. The deceased has been identified as 85-year-old B. M, who had reached the spot on a bike with an acquaintance for some work. Suddenly two furious bulls attacked him and threw him badly on the ground. He was admitted to the sub-district hospital, where he died during treatment. People present nearby tried to chase away the bulls with sticks and stones, but they went out of control and kept attacking. People who came to rescue were also attacked. Meanwhile, the bulls also attacked A.M. who ran to save the old man. He got injured. |

I thought cows were holy in India. Until they kill your buddy, then it okay to hit them with sticks and rocks.

If Indians had any sense at all, they'd keep cows in a corral like the rest of the civilized world does. Then again, these are the same people who openly defecate in the street, and then wipe with their bare hand.

Those cows were up for promotion to the rank of Captain for Air India but after the recent little mishap they have been passed over and therefore are rightly angered and are lashing out, obviously.
