That's the problem with cops in America, they feel so protected by the DA that even when they shoot without justification they know the DA will very likely not press any charges against them, so they take the easy route: Dump the mag onto a suspect for the slightest suspicion he may be carrying a weapon, if not they just say "I was afraid for my life" and that would be it, case closed!  |
