Remember, though the assailment put his hands to his waist, no weapon was seen, let alone threatened with! The officer did NOT no with certainty that the perpetrator had one! Until being visible, and a threat to life and welfare, lethal force CANNOT be utilized!

His hand was in his waist, we have seen it before when they turn around quickly and shoot and just shoot behind them while running. Either way JUST COMPLY, very simple. The cop even made it easy for them!   |

my opinion is that dirty cops should be mercilessly punished.... however, pretty much 100 percent of the police shooting vids on here show a justified use of force...including this one... idk what you are watching, but you are blind if you think LE is wrong on this one...  |

Local news also said the thug was being investigated for sexual assault of a minor. Both of these thugs just completed a robbery and assault at gun point. Definitely a justfied shooting. One less POS out there.
