The driver was intoxicated and was charged with DUI and vehicular manslaughter I believe. I can only assume her intoxication was causing her to act that way. It's also pretty likely that she was in shock and possibly concussed.

What this version of the video doesn't show is the roughly 2.5 minutes with the driver recording while aiming camera on herself singing along to the radio and making gang signs. How she was able to grab her phone so quickly after the accident and immediately aim the camera on her dead sister is saddening. More concerned about herself than sister. Her sister's quincenera was supposed to be either one or two days after the accident. Driver is in jail on $300,000 bond.
