So she was drunk or on drugs. Makes more sense now but it's still horrifying. How she could think of making the accident part of her live stream film, showing her kid sister lying there with her head smashed in when it's her fault. I can't imagine the kind of person she must be.

How is she so calm? I get that alcohol and drugs and shock can cause unreasonable reactions, but holy shit, she's staring at her sister's open face. I saw in another clip from a news site she says something like "I just killed my sister, I'm going away for life." Add onto that the shit said here and putting her face right next to hers like she's trying to get into a selfie pose, what kind of reaction is this? I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but she seems like she really doesn't care at all.

The woman driving has her hat pulled down so low she can hardly see.
You can tell the screams come from close to the camera(the driver)
The driver has lack of emotion except for excitement which could be due to shock.
Her sister is clearly dead.
The other driver is waving her arms like shes doing the YMCA.
Neither driver has any injuries.

Wouldnt a young girl want to be on camera with her sister regardless of whether she was in the backseat or not?

My theory-taking all of the above into account:
her sister was sleeping in the backseat of the car without a seatbelt or she was already dead and the crash is a coverup. The skin looks cleanly split like a blade and the crushed skull is maybe from the accident. Its not a mangled mess like some of the other accident videos.
