My cousin was born with VSD, a hole in his heart. Didnt know until he dropped and almost died playing soccer at 15. Some people get into middle age before it kills em and they never knew about it. People have been randomly dying from one thing or another since the dawn of man, far longer than modern medicine.

Back in the stupid ages people dreamed up theories about demons in peoples blood making them sick. Vampires and witches. Things have changed but people haven't.

I think respiratory disease is top killer and then renal failure is next. I remember reading that not long ago as my kidneys were killing when I had Covid. Then multi organ failure. My dad had heart failure just before he died though. His legs were swollen up so bad. He was so tired. I mean, you could tell he was very ill, but he was stubborn and wouldn't see a doctor. It's hard to tell with this lad from this short clip, but he didn't look to be struggling really bad before he dropped dead.
