Those saying he shouldn't have ran and that his shooting was therefore justified are all part of the problem. Yeah... sure he shouldn't have run. But, should running from the police be capital offense punishable by death? If not, then your argument has no merit. If he starts using his vehicle as a deadly weapon, then lethal force is perhaps justified. And, you cannot execute someone for something they MIGHT do in the future... Jesus lol. |

Still doesn't change the fact that it's the kids own fault he's dead. You always listen to the cops unless you want something bad to happen.

Justified shooting, no? If the cop tells you to stop and you instead risk running him over and he shoots you then you deserve to be shot.
