today I heard it was a Polish plate, and 2 other (youngsters) in the car when it happened. he got stopped for running a red light, some media say, but I guess these cops were in fervent pursuit.

still I don't know why he could drive under 18 without an assignated co-rider (+25 and with x years xp). whic is another infraction.

we got poorly informed by the media, like this was his car for his job we might think.
he did this job not with a car, but by motorcycle.

A lot of things went wrong, but it all added up to a foreseeable disaster I think.
No dad around, for teaching him the right mushlimroom/multicultural ways, but spoiled by mum and grand mum.

If you wanna act like an adult, than be ready to take responsibility, as an adult.
But those kids are smart to exploit the jurisdiciton, knowing under 18 it is not an adult crime...

it's a split second decision, and the cop did shoot only ones... unfortunately for the kid one was enough.
it might also be unjustified and against regulations...

the only thing I can say for certain is that it's stupid to run from cops... comply and fight them in court later, and take responsibility if you did something wrong.
