That threat to the cops’ lives is exactly the sort of nexus to violence that can tip the scales in favor of it being a good shoot… Do you happen to know if the cop really did threaten to shoot him in the head (as someone posted previously)? If so I wonder who threatened whose life first… |

I read that it could not be determined which one of the 2 cops said that. (yesterday) which threat first? that is less important fact than as a recidivist sitting in a car with turning motor, which can be seen in court as a deadly weapon. |
