Agree with the most part of what's been said. It costs millions of tax payers pounds to look after fat fucks like that. I know that once you're there, it's a hard place to get out of (not just his chair) but surely the moral of the story is don't let yourself get that fucking huge.

Go a day or two without eating....then try and resist your favourite food put in front of you. Imagine if your brain was wired so you felt that intense hunger and desire ALL THE TIME. There is a shit load of things that can go wrong with the mechanisms for appetite control and science still hasn't figured it all out.
