Apotemnophilia is wut its called. the person with this mental disorder has the extreme desire to remove otherwise healthy limbs or body parts. its a form of body dysmorphic disorder or they cud just have a fetish 4 ppl who r missing limbs.

You beat me to it! There's 2 forms of this ''condition'' - as you said, Apotemnophilia is a desire/fetish to be an amputee, and Acrotomophilia which is a fetish for others who are amputees. Lots of strange sexual fetishes out there! Like Abasiophilia: the desire of seeing disabled people use mobility devices (wheelchairs, crutches, etc...), or struggling to get around without them
