Re: Standing Up to Bullying! (of the Feline Variety)
I know, too, how the multi-cat home can be a royal pain. My Siamese is a vindictive sassy shithead. She gets annoyed at my little black cat Spookie and will attack her. Spookie gets fur pulled but no bleeding so far. Mew (the Siamese) also attacks Cassie (the 3.5 legged calico) and my dog. She's just a very bitchy cat in general. The way I figure it is, let them fight it out. If it lasts more than a few seconds or is a repeated attack, then I start yelling. Usually, I don't have to break up fights. I do the same with dogs. Let them figure it out unless it comes to blood. |

Re: Standing Up to Bullying! (of the Feline Variety)
Thank you so much! I was thinking that Sheldon will be better after he officially becomes an adult. In cat years, he is basically a teenager right now, and Chase is in his 40s, so that is an obvious "generation gap". Just gotta wait and watch! |
