Re: Standing Up to Bullying! (of the Feline Variety)
Poor Chase. Love the tank top. Kittler (Sheldon) is cute too. We had 16 cats total at one time. All rescues. So I know what it's like when cats go on the attack. They do work out a hierarchy eventually though. We had a 3 legged cat that terrorized all of the other cats. And that cat jumped a 7ft fence like it wasn't even there. His landing wasn't very elegant though. Hope Chase heals soon. He's gorgeous.

Re: Standing Up to Bullying! (of the Feline Variety)
I have worked with animals for many years, these guys are going to need time and if that doesn't work (sometimes cats, like humans, just don't get along!) then you may need to create an 'energy' space for the deaf one. Sounds silly, but with him missing out on certain senses, he may just need his own cool place to chill.

Re: Standing Up to Bullying! (of the Feline Variety)
Update: Chase mutilated the pantyhose tank top, so I had to buy something a bit more sturdy. I just wanted a cheap doggie shirt and the store only had a female style in his size... But he's confident in his manhood, lol. So for the next few days, Chase will be sporting a Jersey Shore "Snooki" themed dog shirt ;) Not exactly a happy face Oh well, better than a lampshade collar! |
