I disagree with the caption telling us that she gave birth to two healthy babies - those other two children are clearly NOT healthy. They suffer from some issues of their own.

It seems like she is probably achondroplasia, as osteogenesis imperfecta refers to brittle bones. She could probably have both, but I think achondroplasia is more likely.
