Your brother apparently should not own pits. And you might want to tell him that the cdc has admitted that dog bite statistics are unreliable do to lack of education about breed, the cdc also estimates that because of mistaken identity and popularity Labs are the #1 in dog bites in america |

Why do you agree with it? First of all the "pitbull" was not 'Bread' is was bred, second of all they were bred for bullbaiting and were not bred for human aggression, if an American PitBull terrier shows any signs of human aggression it i illbred and probably came from back yard breeders who do not temperment test. REAL American PitBull Terrier are not aggressive in anyway and actually need very little training when it comes to behavior.

No breed of dog has "jaws that get stuck" this is false information and has been disproven. Some dogs, like hunting breeds were bred to not let go, but the jaw structure is no different than any other breed.

Im just gonna say it, i bet the kids were acting like little shits. When i was a kid i jumped and landed on a pitbull on purpose playing with him, and got bit on my ear, and you know what? I deserved it! Alot of the time animals are only doing what they are programed to do naturally. Parents need to control their brats!

I'm totally sick of people saying their pits bulls are the sweetest things and great with children.. Thats fine. Keep your pits AWAY from my children though.

I have bred Rottweilers in the past and I now own an akita and I have small children and I have never had a dog attack. It's all about training your dog and your kids. My kids understand that if the dog is sleeping don't touch it if he is eating leave him alone. My dogs are taught from pups with a prong collar that using there mouth on children results in one hell of a leash correction. My dogs when they were pups stayed tethered on a lead to me for 8 weeks to learn what what was acceptable and what was not. Unfortunately a majority of dog owners get a pup let it get away with murder because it's a cute thing throw it cookies to get it to do what they want and teach it nothing then throw it out in the back yard and expect it to behave. There ain't any bad dogs just bad owners. All my dogs are protection trained they will be aggressive when I want them to and they will stop when I tell them to and they are family pets as well |
