Something Mild.
Removal of ganglion cyst and bone spur from left thumb. It looks like the juice pearls in Boba Tea. |

Re: Something Mild.
I'm in the mood for some sliced off fingers. Guess I'll go down to McDonalds and wait for the next slicing machine accident. |

Re: Something Mild.
My dad would get this in his wrist all the time. He would smash it with the biggest book he could find, whack that sucker three or four times and presto no more bubble!

Re: Something Mild.
Back in the days it was also called a "bible bump" because the biggest/only book people had was a bible and they used it to smash those bumps. I did it once, felt a weird warmth in my wrist. Eventually had to surgically remove both (as in both wrists), after emptying them tens of times. It was weird, clear yellowish substance that couldve been instant glue. |

Re: Something Mild.
Had one drained with a large needle and local 20 years ago top of wrist, another now on the bottom that needs to get lanced, last one had some discomfort, this one is kinda painful at times between the joint and growing. Doctor aware, referral made, i never followed through. :/ |
