I think its crazy that they cannot Section her - if she was in the UK it would be very different - Not that I agree with Sectioning or think that cutting is wrong its just that people should at least try and help someone the once, even if it doesnt work...

Touche... although I guess she must have family or perhaps they are the reason for the way she is... I dont know, its just frustrating that a lot of people get help from others before they get to be that bad - just sad that this is an example of as you said people not caring...

personally... i'd love to help her. but i don't have her e-mail and such. plus... she's getting treatment now cuz she wanted it. i'd glad she realized that she needs it.

I guess Im seeing it from a different point (BPD)but like you just said Not letting people help plays a big part in things like this although I hate to admit...kind of why I thought it was rubbish they cannot section her after reading the info from the other site...
