I find this more difficult to look at than anything else on DR. I really cannot pass opinion, as I am no better than her.. But I wish she wouldn't photograph this shit. If you wanted to die "ASAP" then photos would be the last thing you'd think of. She's obviously been cutting for so long that concepts of pain, life and death mean nothing to her. She should learn to see the beauty in life and get over the sight of her own blood. No offence to her [I've been there; so pained you want to mutilate yourself beyond repair]... But Jesus, this is another level of attention seeking. I am so ashamed of my scars, I would never dream of taking photographs of them.. at any stage. This girl is clearly more fucked up than I can contemplate. |

Ah nice one, was looking for a new desktop background. But on a more serious note, the images of this girl are completely overshadowed by the true sadness in this thread: The ignorance, utter rejection, coldness and down right stupidity of 90% of the replies. That alone should give some inkling as to why someone might feel enormous burden in their life, sharing the planet with such confounded fools. If you feel you are stronger and better able to cope with life than someone else, you can only ever prove that by showing support and at least attempting to understand other people, people you consider less fortunate or educated than yourself. For every person saying she's 'fucked', misguided or should kill herself, I urge you to look inwards, and see that another might judge you in exactly the same way for taking that attitude. Funniest reply to this btw: 'Maybe she was Hitler in a past life.' Laugh? I nearly shat. Few more points to add before I sign off: Ever seen a caged bird that has plucked its own feathers out? Same deal. Would you snap its neck, set it free or just keep it in the cage and hope for the best? I wont pretend to know the motives behind what Suzanne did, but you have to be fucking hardcore to do that, in the truest sense of the word - anaesthetic or not. Some people find blood and scars intensely alluring, by the way. Open your minds. Try doing some research on martyrdom, or something, anything, so that you can at least respond in an insightful or thought provoking manner. Anything less than that (see 140 odd pages of crap for details), is pointless. |
