Seems like a lot of people have this to some degree. I do this to the cuticles around my fingernails and toenails and end up picking the skin off down to my knuckle. It's just so satisfying. However, I don't/can't do it when I have fake nails on, so I really try to keep them done. I do it to my lips, too.

I do this. My scalp is the worse place. That's my main danger zone. However, i'm not picky...shit...pardon the pun. I can 'dig' anywhere. I need a banana now.  |

i have severe anxiety and this is a disorder i batte with in relation to that, it started as a nervous habit and has progressed.
