I'll never understand in a million years why someone would do this. Male or female, in the end all you're going for is an orgasm so what's the freakin' difference? You start cutting down there all you're doing is messing that up.

Ok I swear this is the last comment. I just love this video. It really brightens my day. It is so amazing to see how far this procedure has advanced and how dexterous the surgeons are. Plus something about how they slide the penis out after degloving it is hypnotic.

How did they even figure out the first sex change operation? It is so much more intricate than I ever realized. It seems so complicated. Apparently they just said, 2+2=fish x blue makes vagina. Wow.

judging by the video, i somehow think they preserved and used the organ's sensitive parts as the inner lining so maybe he (now she) will still feel some sensation in the act.
