I always find it amazing how they can just "rearrange" all that stuff down there to create a brand new set of genitals of the opposite sex. |

i'm really happy that this she is more happy in this body :----) regardless of what one thinks of trans* people i think everyone can appreciate how awesome modern medicine is. doctors can actually turn male genitals into female genitals and the inverse (albeit with a bit more work). |
