How can that be though? Throughout the string of photos provided we can see Trisna in three differing positions. In the second photo he has his right arm on the pavement, the other resting across his chest. Now in the fourth picture, Trisna is lying on his back, his hands interlocked on his stomach. Then, in the very last picture, he resumes the position from the second photo, but this time his left hand is putting its weight onto his elbow area.
