Now that was reassuring for the patient saying this is disgusting, and he was rushing. I think this poor fella was in pain but they said his facial expressions said it all. He just wants that thing out as by the little glimpse of the conditions he was willing to not moan or move a muscle as he most probably feared for his life, I could go on  |

I think I've seen enough of these these that I'd be willing to take a stab at removing one. Maybe stab isn't the best word though.
