Too bad you didn't read the accompanying article. She is not an "it," first of all. Second, no "taxpayers" were involved. What is it with people acting like they know things without actually reading? These [pointless] surgeries were paid for by a private foundation, and they left the country right after. She is better off dead, though, medically-speaking.
