the history channel featured this in their history of tattoos show. they showed the guy getting it done but wouldn't say exactly how cuz they didn't want people doing it at home
I saw a documentary on this shit also. The dude got his done black. They done one eye first to make sure it went ok cause blindness is a big risk. Only a few of these tattooings have been performed. They tattooist practiced on pigs eyes before doing a human.
Completely black eyes looked pretty dam freaky.
