I know this is the type of thing they do to create a penis if you were transitioning from female to male but this guy looks bio-male,,, odd.. wonder what happened..
No this is a girl to a guy -- look under the breasts -- there are mastectomy scars covered by hair. A lot of hormone injections would make "her" ultra-male.

I find it extremely refreshing that there hasnt been a single cruel comment on this thread. I am a straight male who has lived many years in San Francisco. A large percentage of my friends are LTBG. I even have an "Auntie" who is not transgendered but well, a Sage and Queen. She is 67 and a native of Detroit and has led one hell of a life. She is one of the bravest souls I have ever met.

I'm an old school straight *** hag!

When I went to QFest two years ago to see a Candy Darling movie, it didn't click in my head that it was a gay festival.

My mind never goes in that direction. If people are nice, they're nice.

I also didn't know Candy was a man. She was beautiful though ;)
