Now does the skin get softer like a penis or does it stay the same texture of arm skin. I think Arm skin would be a bit thicker than regular penis skin....
I also wonder about the arm hair.. it his penis going to be hairy like a male's arm? Even the head

Well then the surgeon's website I obtained these photos from is wrong about their own medical procedure
His hands look awfully masculine. Hormones can change a lot but not that much. I have a transgender friend and her hands are still very masculine.

Hormones can Add physical feature - but cannot subtract them . Research it.
