mythbusters did the same experiment but with a live railroad track which is much more powerfull than the fence and urine does not act as a conducter of electricity ,but still leave`s a question mark over what did happen though !!

true that. you can have a high crazy voltage with really low ampherage and still won't fry you, just make you dumb weak due to depleted blood sugars.
