Looks like tinea versicolor. I get the same thing, usually when the weather is pretty humid. Go to the dermatologist anyway (yeah, why are you asking people on DR?), but in the meantime, try an over the counter anti-fungal cream.
It certainly is Tinea Versicolor. Identified by both the doctor and the Pathology lab. Someone knows their rashes

Ah well, got my prescription, so all good now :D

Heh. So this is a lame thread, I'm aware of that, I don't need to be told, but I do want some help figuring out what this rash is.

I first noticed it yesterday. My mother suggested heat rash but its not itchy at all, and isnt pimply blister things. I wouldnt even have known it was there had I not randomly looked at my back after my shower.

So yeah. Any suggestions?
Sorry the pic is crap, but its rather hard to take a pic of one's own back :]

It might be just a fungal type thing, I'd try washing it with head and shoulders shampoo. See if it helps. If not, you should go to a dermatologist.
