Could be, I have HS but it’s year round sadly. I was thinking maybe a type of psoriasis? My son has these weird patches of skin all over his body and the doctors have no clue  |

pilonidal cysts. My son has them. look it up. its like a cyst and it tunnels under the skin. You need to see the doctor when it flares up. Good Luck |
