Could it be dry skin and/or eczema? It is very hard to even give a good guess without seeing it... You could try using coconut oil on it, that works really well for things like eczema and such, but I would absolutely recommend that you see a dermatologist while it's happening and have a punch biopsy done on one of the sores to find out what the culprit is. Then you can be properly treated for it! |

Does it happen after the heat is turned on in the house? My skin gets significantly drier the instant the heat get turned on... All the advice above I second, especially seeing a dermo doc- make sure he does skin scrapings, etc. Don't want it to turn into some kind of flesh-eating thing. Good luck! |
