I hope you feel better depression is a real struggle whoever has never been through it doesn't know how bad its! I still think of killing myself every now and then but think that we only have so much time here so i try to enjoy it! Remember nothing is forever! Stay positive find a hobby or some sort of distraction some people do care about others!

Spiritual I am so sorry to hear that you've been through such an emotional trauma and sadly, you wanted it to all end. It's a very brave thing sharing such an experience here and many people here appreciate this post.

Many have read this in silence too, feeling thankful they're not alone. You'll get the crass comments from those who simply do not comprehend the severity of psychosis.

I wear my heart on my sleeve and am a very open book when it comes to talking about things. I too have been where you have been on several occasions since I was 16. Life dealt me a very tough deck of cards and multiple factors led to me being unable to cope and want to end it. For others as much as me. I often pleaded with God to take me.

Each person's story and reasons are significant enough to consume them. Often resulting from deep underlying causes that should not be trivialized and mocked by those fortunate enough to feel able to mock mental health.

And saying "there's people worse off".... that NEVER helps matters.
