Re: My Relapse
Hi, I have BPD aswell, really struggle sometimes, have lived with a noose ready in the loft rafters for the last 3 years (LOL!) but still here. I turned a corner recently when after years of depression and suicidal thoughts day in and day out, I found out that being borderline was the problem...there's a lot more research on this now and there's a great channel on yourube called NEABPD that has great resources and information. There's also a channel called DBT peer connections that has an entire series of videos for going through dialectical behavioural therapy, created by someone who has BPD and recovered. I just want to say there is hope. I was absolutely set on killing myself this time last year, having panic attacks and depression so bad I could hardly move sometimes and I was on an anti depressant, now things are much better, because I know I can get better and want to get better. Remember there are better things to come and You have survived so much pain you are strong!

Re: My Relapse
My daughter was a cutter. She was diagnosed with PTSD due to rape. She began seeing a therapist and is much better now. She has 3 beautiful daughters and hasn't cut in years.
