My Relapse
Hi I'm a treatment resistent depressive and I'm 46. I have bouts of self harm but it's been several months. I had a really bad day and just went for it, numb and all. Just wanted to talk to speak to someone like me who can relate. Thanks  · |

I'm sorry; I can't relate to self physical harm like cutting, but I can to addictions. I know there are a few on this site that can, hopefully they'll be round.  |

I'm a former cutter. What treatment have you had, if you don't mind me asking? And are you only diagnosed with depression?

It's going to sound illogical but you should try some Dank Marijuana and smoke with a group of stoners!! That always helps me when I feel depressed  |

Thanks for the thoughts. I have depression, PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety,borderline personality disorder.i have a great psychologist and psychiatrist already. I've been in treatment for 2 years but I guess I just had a relapse. Today is a new day.
