Re: My Relapse
Well coming on here to discuss it is cool. But, posting pictures , which we all like, also seems like an attention thing..Understandable..but wont help the depression...SO STOP, DROP, and bust a move. |

Re: My Relapse
Hello MadChef. I don't really know about how to say what I want to say to you, nothing in a bad way just to let you know. At least you are under medical care in your life and have sort help for ~~~was going to say your condition but I'm going to say for yourself. There are many people in this crazy fast paced world and everybody has got or the world seems to be in a big hurry. I would contact whoever you feel most comfortable with that being a family member, friend or your health care specialist as soon as you can. Life is very short when you think about it and let's hope you can make the best of yourself and take each day day by day but also strive for your future goals. I've suffered from so called depression there are many names given by whoever you my see about 'why' you do the things you do. At this moment in time im going through a medical negligence process as my doctors have prescribed Diazepam for 15 years at very high doses which although did or must of helped at 1st and yes I chose to put the shit load under my tongue daily they have given me a serious addition which is pretentiously deadly when stopped. We all have different issues to deal with and sometimes feel your by yourself but there are and sounds like you have a care plan in place so go and tell them the truth about how your feeling along with everything else. I wish you well * |

Re: My Relapse
I hope you find what works for you so you can learn to cope without having to hurt yourself. No judgment, I promise. If you need someone to vent to, there are plenty of people here who would listen if you don't have anyone else you can spill to.

Re: My Relapse
Sorry about your relapse, luv. I used to be a thigh cutter, and self-medicated with many drugs for years before finally getting diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I don't know you, so there's not much to say that can help you except hang in there. <3 |

Re: My Relapse
I used to cut and actually have self harm on here that I used to do when I was young and you can stop and you will if you want to.I now have carpel tunnel syndrome and get tired of explaining these scars to people and mostly little children.it doesnt really matter what anyone says because you will only stop when you really want to but in the mean time destroying yourself for probably something or someone who really hurt you.Success is the best revenge.

Re: My Relapse
Addition is a long road. This happened and it is over now. It is time to get back on the road of recovery. You can do it. Everything will get better. I will pray for you, Mad Chef. I have suffered with depression and PTSD for 25 years. I can understand the pain, my friend.
