Honestly I hadn't even noticed the hair on the inside of the labia. I picked up on several other clues, though, such as scarring, a very "long" clitoris, and an unusually small introitus, among other things.

Someone can cut up and distort any part of their body they like. No matter how they disgigure themselves each and every cell in their body will be the same sex they started with! Stop letting doctors take advantage of the mentally ill! This is utter madness!
