You have to wonder if they do any marketing research before deciding to get the operation. Like that Southpark episode where Mr. Garrison has the operation, and Mr. Slave looses interest in him because Mr. Slave doesn't like vaginas. Do they ask their current partner(s) before the operation? If they have sex with lots of strangers they meet in bars, do they inform them they had a sex change? Serious questions.
