I work in a pall care house so I work with poeples who die soon and this look like a cancerous tumor I had a guy with neck cancer a few week ago and he looking like that but not big aas this one... but without med. And treatements ... he seem homeless ... poor guy, I know in some part eof the world medical care cost something ... here it is free in general .... sad he must be dead today. I wish for him he where in better place  |

Oh my God, poor guy. It is really horrible that some countries don't provide people with the medical care that they need.

If someone gets him to a hospital and he gets the care he needs, this thing could be excised pretty cleanly and his face stitched up without too much damage.
