ok the only thing I can come up with is that a big ass abscess on his neck burst and ugh, made that open flaring worlds fair of myiasis there. The look in his eyes is as disturbing as the maggot pan thing. Almost. |

I feel so bad for that poor man. My guess is that he had a massive tumor, which he didn't get treated due to his homelessness. The tumor then either died or ruptured (hence why we're only seeing half of it) and the maggots are doing their job.
