Like someone already said, that's not maggot therapy. The video stated that the patient presented with a fetid odor and infestation of larvae in the mandibular region of the oral cavity, and has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. No one has been taking care of him properly. Maggot therapy is never performed as an invasive procedure, nor on the mucosa.
