Excellent find, poor fella. 84-year-old whose "oral hygiene" was insufficient, according to the video. I don't speak Portuguese, but I'm fluent in Spanish, so I could pretty much understand. He has Alzheimer's and that means no one took care of him well enough.

I dunno, maggot therapy is usually done under very controlled circumstances. In most of the cases I've seen, the area that needs to be "debrided" is sealed off with some kind of bandage to stop the maggots from migrating to other parts of the body.
